CANDLE CARE TIPS
- Wick Trimming: Trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting for a clean, safe burn and longer candle life. Use scissors or our wick trimmers.
- Even Burn: Ensure the wax melts to the jar's edges during every burn, preventing tunneling. This is especially vital for the first burn!
- Safety Measures: Never leave a lit candle unattended, and limit burning to 4 hours max. Protect surfaces from heat by placing the candle on a coaster or tile.
- Stop in Time: Avoid burning when only 1/4"-1/2" of wax remains. Insufficient wax can cause the jar to overheat.
**LATE POLICY**
* I understand that things happen and there can be traffic issues so we offer a 15 minute starting grace period. In order to give our customers the best experience possible and ensure our classes run smoothly we will not be able to accept late attendees who are more than 15 minutes late.
**CANCELLATION POLICY**
* I ONLY offer re-scheduling credit for cancelation requests submitted via email 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop reservation
* NO REFUNDS will be issued once a workshop has been booked ONLY re-scheduling credit
* If someone do not show for your workshop, are more than 15 minutes late or fail to request to re-schedule via email no scheduling credit will be issued.
